History
I grew up in Greenville Michigan. A smallish town north east of Grand Rapids. My childhood was pretty normal. Shooting hoops, running around with friends, playing and living in the golden era of toys and cartoons and my Dad screaming at me over pausing my Nintendo games.
Dad: Don't pause the game it will wreak the TV!
Me: Why do they have a pause button than?
Dad: They are all in it together! So when my TV is broke and I have to buy a new one Atari gets a cut!
Me: Dad its a Nintendo

So you are like Super Dyslexic?
Yes, my whole life I've read, spelled and said things back words. I am a terrible writer and speller so bare with me. They held me back in the first grade hoping to cure my brain but no luck. It stuck. I am better at catching it now but it still get through from time to time. People at work even catch me in my reports.
I've learned to deal with it but it can be frustrating because memorizing words and spelling is a total bitch and I am googling the simplest shit sometimes cause my brain can't put the letters in the right sequence. I am lucky, waaaaay worse things to be born with. Feel free to call me out if things don't make sense. It will happen.

Collection
I still collect toys,games and all the crap to this day. I mostly collect Knight Rider,TMNT,Real Ghostbuster and Thundercats. You can see most my stuff in my "me room" tab. My wife is never crazy about my Ebaying all the time but she deals.
I do love watching my now 3 year old playing with my old toys which he really enjoys. He is also a Knight Rider Netflix nut and we watch it daily so.. Yeah he is me.
Video Games
I still have most my NES,SNES and N64 stuff. I have a retro gaming section in my Me room that is just waiting for my kids to be old enough to use. I have every game on my Wii but I do enjoy the real deal if I have the game. I will also search for cheap NES consoles on CL to repair and sell. Feels good giving them new life.
I have blogged for a long time on my Michigan football site Midnight Maize and did a ton of MS Paint on there. I would tie Michigan football stuff in with pop culture stuff. One even made it on ESPN.com which was like WHOA DUDE!
I found myself doing things that doesn't appeal to my reader like "Top 10 Batman movies". So some post from my old site will be posted over here. I really enjoy both but mixing the two doesn't always work. So now I can do that here! With a wife, a 3 year old and a brand new daughter there might be some dry spells. Hope not many. I hope you enjoy the site!
